  • Manager In Training Program

    Hotel Equities’ Manager in Training Program is a 6–9-month program designed for recent college graduates launching a career in hotel leadership. Participants rotate through hotel departments, receive personalized coaching, and gain project management experience through hands-on experience and mentorship.
