2024 Annual Conference Details

We can't wait to see everyone at conference! In the event that you are feeling at all under the weather, please do not attend events and simply let us know via email. We want everyone to have a fun and safe week of learning and teambuilding!

Conference Flow:

• Early Arrivals are anticipated on Tuesday, April 23 for Canada and West Coast attendees.
• You are highly encouraged to join us for brunch on Wednesday, April 24 from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. The main conference will kick-off with General Session, beginning promptly at 1:00 p.m.
• Conference concludes following Thursday evening's Awards Dinner, please plan for a Friday morning departure.

General Information

Transportation:

• The host hotel is approximately 17 miles (40 minutes in light traffic) from Orlando International Airport (MCO).
• For those flying in, we encourage you to take an Uber or Lyft ride from the airport to the hotel. Please carpool if you are arriving at similar times as others. 

Parking:

• For those of you who are driving to the hotel, the hotel is offering discounted on-site self-parking for our group. At check-in, inform the front desk associate that you are staying overnight for the Hotel Equities Conference. Valet parking charges will not be reimbursed.
