Hotel Equities’ approach to F&B costs uses a percentage to sales best-in-class measurement strategy utilizing CPOR (cost per occupied room), labor productivity, and overall guest satisfaction. Our proprietary procurement program provides opportunities to leverage spending and reduce CPOR across all hotels in our portfolio.

Carrie’s Conservatory, or CC’s, at The Hamilton gives a nod to classical architecture and modern-day industrial design. The full-service bar and restaurant features indoor and outdoor open-air terrace seating where guests are able to select from a curated list of Gin, Vodka, Bourbon and a variety of local Whiskey’s. The wine program highlights favorites such as bouncy reds and zippy white alongside a local craft beer selection. The full menu showcases regional dishes with a local flair, utilizing a simple approach to preparation, an allegiance to Southern cuisine and a focus on quality ingredients.
