At Hotel Equities, we invest a great deal of time, effort, and resources into our associates. We feel that’s why they’re among the best in the hospitality industry.

In an industry where people are the most valuable asset, it makes good business sense to invest in them. From new hires to seasoned managers, Hotel Equities provides educational, physical, and spiritual support to our team members. We believe our methods account for a turnover rate that’s one-third lower than typically found in the hospitality industry.

When new associates join the Hotel Equities' team, they undergo a 90-day introductory period. Throughout this period and beyond, a Hotel Equities' Coach guides their career path. Our coaches train new hires, work with teams, and encourage innovative management practices.

Hotel Equities University (HEU) educates our associates and others interested in advancing their professional hospitality skills. Our instructors have more than 100 years of collective hospitality experience. They keep abreast of hospitality trends by continually reviewing industry periodicals and attending seminars, conventions, and trade shows.

Located at Hotel Equities’ Corporate Headquarters, the University’s small, interactive classes address corporate culture, leadership skills, accounting, sales, maintenance, etc. HEU helps Hotel Equities' associates grow and prosper.
