Translating Values into Action
When athletes join a sports team, they receive a uniform. Wearing the team colors, the athlete represents a unified whole. When an individual joins the Hotel Equities’ team, they are given a pocket-size Commitment Card listing our value statements. The card is a daily reminder of Hotel Equities’ values, vision, mission and strategy.
